Mukesh is a successful entrepreneur, working passionately in the area of IT, GRC and creating career opportunities for law graduates. He is co-founder & Director of Lexcare Global Consultants Private Limited, which is global compliance solutions company serving top organizations in 40+ countries. He has deep understanding of legal systems and processes of the organizations and have designed and implemented Compliance Program for over 500+ small, medium and large organizations globally. Mukesh’s strength lies in his ability to guide strategy and growth. He is responsible for business planning and execution and generating revenue stream at Lexschool.

SAURABH DHAGE
Adv Saurabh Dhage, BSL LLb from Pune University and LLM Corporate Laws from the Bharti Vidyapeeth Pune has over a decade of experience in the field of litigation and compliance. Saurabhs’ ability to connect with the students has nominated him as Chairman of the Alumni Association of Modern Law College Pune where he is actively involved in the placement cell. Saurabhs’ strength lies in his ability to lead youth career accelerator programs to skill young professionals. He is responsible for Business Development at Lexschool.

RITU AGWEKAR
Ritu Agwekar, an experienced professional, has been handling matters and Inquiries related to the PoSH Act including conducting inquiries and trainings/awareness programs for Senior Management, employees as well as members of the Internal Committee on the PoSH Legislation (The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“Act”) to address Workplace Harassment of Women.
She is a member of the Internal Committee for many companies and organizations and has reviewed and scrutinized numerous hearings and inquiries on matters relating to sexual harassment at workplace and Domestic Enquiries. She has reviewed and guided the Internal Committee and has guided Management in providing recommendations, alongwith Policy reviews and periodic updates on the latest Circulars, reported cases and Notifications relating to POSH.
A few of her accolades include featuring in many Talk Shows, as a Panelist, in Magazines, she was recognized and felicitated as the 100 most powerful women in Business by the Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CIMSME) and the Global Council for Promotion of International Trades (GCPIT) – 2021, she also was a nominee for the Nari Shakti Awards – 2018 she also was awarded the Women Achiever Award on International Women’s Day- 2017.
